This constitutes as a project completion agreement dated 10/14/2024 between Appliance Repair Engine (operating as Click Tie Inc) and I (the client) relating to the website design contract entered between said parties. By signing this form I have thoroughly reviewed the entire project, approve the completion of the project, and agree that all items are complete and accurate.

I accept and acknowledge that any modifications or new work to the approved website will incur additional time and charges. I confirm that the website development project is now complete and the contract between Click Tie Inc and I (the client) has been fulfilled to my (the client’s) satisfaction. I further acknowledge that I am the client for this website design project, or an authorized representative of the client.
